Fashion Wishlist

Today I decided to post a wishlist as I want to start taking outfit photos soon but have not had the time recently so I though I would show some of the pieces I am trying to save up for!

This fringy dress by Kate Moss for Topshop is something I can just imagine wearing in the summer with chunky platform chelsea boots or either one of the boots here! There is something I just love about this dress and I really want it!
I am 100% in love with both of the Vagabond boots here, I love wearing chunky black boots all year round, and I can just imagine wearing these this summer, either with a floaty dress or shorts.
I absolutely love the Topshop Mom Jeans and I think I already have a pair in this colour but the distressed knees just seem to add that something that I love.
I love this simple cami top from Topshop, it may be quite simple, but I love it, and I can imagine wearing it with Mom Jeans and chunky boots in the summer!
This Adidas top may be the best top ever. I know that this top will not be to everyone's taste but I love it! It's just so summery and perfect, and the colours and pattern are so so amazing.

So these are all the clothes that I am currently wishing for!

My Most Used Make Up Brushes

I  love the Real Techniques Blusher Brush. For me this brush is an amazing multi tasking brush. As it is synthetic it applies blusher really nicely without having too much or too little colour. I also love it for contouring as it has a tapered end so fits the hollows of the cheeks really well.

Probably my most used brush is the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush. This is amazing at blending liquid foundation, and creates a really amazing finish. I use this brush to blend both my foundation and concealer, and it does a really good job at creating a seamless base.

Another amazing brush for contouring is the Bobbi Brown Face Blender Brush. This blends out foundation amazingly and gives a really flawless finish. I also sometimes use it for blending out contour.

My favourite eyeshadow brush ever is the Mac 217 brush. Although it is more expensive it is definitely worth the money. It blends eyeshadow together amazingly, is really soft and washes really well.

I also love the Real Techniques Shading Brush, I use this to apply the darkest eyeshadow at the outer corner how I want it to be then I blend with the Mac 217.

Beauty Haul

Over the last month or so I have picked up a few beauty items so I thought I would share them. As they have all been used some are looking a little battered but I still thought I would show them here.

I am never usually a blusher person, but while in Boots, I tried out Rimmel's Santa Rose blush and I loved it. Its shimmery without the full on glitter and is a really pretty pink shade perfect for spring.

I have wanted a Mac 217 brush for ages and finally got one. It is perfect for blending eyeshadows and getting rid of harsh lines. I also bought the Real Techniques Blusher Brush, which I use for contouring, as the end is tapered so fits the hollows of the cheeks.

Another Mac purchase I made was the Mac eyeshadow in All That Glitters. Mac eyeshadows are really expensive but are amazing quality and I am in love with this shade. I also picked up a new Mac lipstick in the shade Cyber, which is an amazing dark purple.

I really wanted a new contour but didn't want to spend loads so I decided to try out the Sleek Contour Kit to try. I'm not such a big fan of the highlighter in it but I love the contour, it adds definition, but is not too orange in tone and looks really natural.
While I was buying the contour I saw this Sleek Eyebrow Kit and thought it looked interesting so I decided to buy it. I got it in the shade Dark and it comes with a brown powder and a darker wax. It also comes with two brushes and some little tweezers but I didn't use these as they are not the most amazing quality but still work quite well. On the box it says to apply the wax first and then the powder but I like to apply the powder first as I found the wax hard to shape the brow with, so I apply it after to darken the brows and set them.

I also bought some replacements for everyday use, the Urban Decay Primer Potion, Rimmel Stay Matte Powder and the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer.

And that's everything beauty related I have bought over the last month!
